Evolutions Commitment

Our commitment on all our contracts is to employ a local labour force, this includes the provision of work experience placements for unemployed residents, college and school leavers. Working with partners like Calico, we are active participants in the Shared Apprentice Programme.

The benefit of this is that on a short contract, we can employ a local apprentice for the contract duration before deploying the same apprentice on another contract or for them to continue their apprenticeship with another participating construction company. This also provides a wider experience for the apprentice.
